Lip Balm Express, LLC ("we," "us") makes custom promotional lip balm and hand sanitizer in Mentor, Ohio. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and — importantly for our customers — how we handle the logos and artwork you send us for label design.
The short version
We use your information to design your label, fulfill your order, and support you afterward. We never sell it. Your logo is used only for your own products and is never shown as a sample, portfolio piece, or in marketing without your written permission.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to quote, design, produce, and ship your order:
- Contact and order details — name, business name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, and the items, flavors, cap colors and quantities you order.
- Label design materials — logos, artwork, photographs, text, and any instructions you upload through the Label Design Wizard, send by email, or submit through a form on this site.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Site usage data — standard web analytics such as pages visited, referring site, browser and approximate location, collected through cookies.
Your logos and artwork
This is the part our customers ask about most, so we want to be explicit.
- Stored privately. Files you upload are stored in a private, non-public location. They are not browsable, not indexed by search engines, and not accessible by guessing a web address.
- Used only for your order. We use your artwork to produce your proof and print your labels — nothing else.
- Never used in our marketing without permission. We will not display your logo or finished label as a sample, on this website, or on social media unless you tell us in writing that we may.
- Seen only by the people who need it. Access is limited to our design, production, and customer service staff, plus the printing partners required to fulfill your order.
- You keep your rights. Your logo and trademarks remain yours. By sending them, you grant us only the limited permission needed to design and print your order, and you confirm you have the right to use the artwork you send.
- Retention. We keep your artwork on file so reorders are effortless. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep records for tax or legal reasons.

We do not sell your information
We never sell or rent your personal information or your artwork. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — payment processors, shipping carriers, printing partners, email and hosting providers — and only to the extent they need it to do that work. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Security
Order information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled systems. We use leading industry technology to protect payment details. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, current measures to protect what you send us.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of ordering may not work if you do.
